What are your lead times?
Low-volume production runs ship in 7–12 days, and mass production programs in 25–30 days. Tooling lead time is confirmed with your quotation and depends on complexity, cavity count and steel grade.
Can you handle both the mold and the molding?
Yes. We deliver mold design, tooling and molding as one accountable program under one quality system — EDM, CNC and 21 high-speed stamping presses support the work, and we mold physical T1 trial samples for your approval before any production run.
What materials do you support?
More than 100 engineering materials: ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA (nylon), POM, PBT, PPS, PEI, PMMA, PP, TPU, LSR silicone and more, plus aluminum and zinc alloys for die casting.
