Custom Injection Molding Services
Injection molding is the most cost-efficient way to produce plastic parts in volume — from functional prototypes to millions of parts. We run the full process: mold design, DFM analysis, tooling, molding and quality inspection, so your project is controlled end-to-end by one accountable team under one quality system. Upload your 3D CAD today and get a free DFM report plus a firm quote within 24 hours — with T1 trial samples shipped before full production.
THE REAL DECISION
Small-Batch Sourcing, Done Right vs. Done Wrong
Low-volume buyers usually hit one of two paths. The wrong one costs months and doubles the budget; the right one gets real production parts in your hand in weeks. Here is what separates them.
The outsourced path: mold from one vendor, molding at another
When the mold is built at one shop and molded at another, nobody owns the tolerance chain. Mold-build errors surface as trial-shot rework, every hand-off adds weeks to the schedule, and the tool is never tuned to the machine that actually runs it. You pay for the communication gap twice — in lost time and in scrap.
Trial-shot costs and tolerance promises that don't survive production
Quotes promise ±0.01 mm, but T1 samples drift and each trial round adds cost and weeks. Without on-site metrology, precision stays a word on the quote instead of a number on the CMM report. The result is budget overruns on trial shots and parts that arrive out of spec.

Personal Care
Robust mechanical components for housings, connectors and adapters in telecommunications and personal-care devices.
What Tolerances Can Injection Molding Hold?
Precision depends on part geometry, material shrinkage and mold quality. Our molding floor holds ±0.05 mm on precision parts, with mold steel tolerance to ±0.0254 mm (±0.001 in) and ±0.01 mm precision capability.
| Feature | Standard | Precision Option | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Molded part tolerance | ±0.25 mm typical | ±0.05 mm | Held with in-process parameter monitoring |
| Mold steel tolerance | ±0.0254 mm (±0.001 in) | ±0.01 mm | Mold tolerance drives part repeatability |
| Thin-wall capability | 1.0 mm wall | 0.8 mm wall | 22 s cycle achieved on 0.8 mm optical part |
| Surface finish | SPI B-2 / VDI 3400 texture | SPI A-1, Ra 0.05 µm | Mirror polish without post-processing |
| Light transmission (optical PMMA) | ≥ 95% | 97.2% | Anti-yellowing additive + vario-thermal molding |
| Repeatability (run to run) | ±0.1 mm | ±0.05 mm | Automated presses, CMM verification |

FAQ
Custom Injection Molding Services — FAQ
How much does a mold cost?
A simple rapid tool can cost a couple of thousand dollars; a high-cavity, high-volume automotive mold runs into the tens of thousands. Send the 3D file and get an accurate quote within 24 hours.
What is your MOQ?
Real unit-cost advantages start around 500 pieces; below that we recommend rapid tooling to keep the initial investment low. There is no hard threshold.
Who owns the tooling?
You do. If you paid for the mold, the tooling is 100% yours — storage and maintenance are covered in the program agreement, and you can pull the tool anytime.
What progress reports do I get during mold build?
Four milestones: DFM and 3D mold design approval, rough-machining photos, T0 trial schedule, and T0 samples with dimensional and process reports.
How do you handle design changes (ECN) after tooling approval?
Minor tweaks like adding a rib are often handled at cost or free; larger changes get a steel-modification plan and cost estimate immediately.
What if the mold wears out during production?
Mold warranty terms (shot count / lifespan) are agreed per program; we monitor tool condition and do preventive maintenance before issues surface.
Can I transfer an existing mold to your facility?
Yes — we run a free mold condition assessment and give a detailed trial report, then put the tool straight into production.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 quality management, with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 capability for medical and automotive programs. Certificates are shared on request.
HOW IT WORKS
From Inquiry to Delivery
Quote & DFM Analysis
Upload your 3D CAD; within 24 hours you get a full quote plus a free DFM report. Weld lines, sink marks and draft problems are flagged and fixed before any steel is cut.
Tooling Fabrication & T1 Samples
The mold is machined and assembled on a controlled schedule, then physical T1 trial samples are molded and shipped with dimensional and process reports for your approval.
The Injection Cycle
Mold clamp → melt injection → packing → cooling → ejection repeats automatically. Cycle times of 20–60 s are typical; our thin-wall optical program held a 22 s cycle on a 0.8 mm wall part.
Mass Production & Real-Time QC
Automated presses hold stable process windows. Materials are tested, the process is monitored in real time, and parts ship under 100% inspection or statistical sampling.
Secondary Operations & Finishing
In-tool textures (VDI 3400), SPI mirror polishing to Ra 0.05 µm, pad printing, laser engraving, EMI/RFI shielding and electroplating are handled on-site.
Finishing & Global Logistics
Parts are packed and shipped from our plant to your dock. We manage customs documentation and deliver worldwide with tracked shipping.
