What We Do
We are a custom manufacturer built around one accountable team. Instead of coordinating five different suppliers, your project runs under one quality system: mold design and DFM by our own engineers, tooling delivered through an audited tooling partner network, and molding, machining and quality control coordinated end to end.
Founded in 2014 with 280+ employees across a 10,000 m² facility, we serve automotive, medical, electronics, aerospace and consumer goods customers with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified processes.

How a Project Runs — Quote to Shipment
Every program moves through the same seven checkpoints under one quality system and one accountable engineer, which is why low-volume quotes return in 24 hours and tools cut in 7–12 days.
STEP 1
DFM Review
You send STEP/IGES geometry. Our engineers return a manufacturability report — draft, wall thickness, gate location, sink risk — inside 24 hours, free.
STEP 2
Quotation
Tooling cost and per-part price quoted separately, so you see exactly where program economics stand at each volume break.
STEP 3
Mold Design & Steel Cutting
Mold flow analysis, then steel cutting and cavity machining managed through an audited tooling partner network — with wire EDM, die-sinking EDM and CNC support on our own machining lines.
STEP 4
Tryout & First Article
T1 shots run on the same presses as production; parts measured full-drawing on the Zeiss CMM before release.
STEP 5
Insert Stamping (if applicable)
Metal inserts for overmolded and insert-molded parts are stamped on our 21 high-speed presses the same week the mold is cut.
STEP 6
Production & Inspection
Presses from 30 to 260 T run your program with in-process sampling; hardness, coating thickness and leak tests where the spec calls for them.
STEP 7
Documentation & Export
Dimensional reports, material certificates and batch traceability ship with the parts; air or sea export from Shenzhen.
