By accessing this website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Quotations provided through our quote form or by email are estimates based on the information you supply (drawings, quantities, materials, tolerances). Final pricing is confirmed after engineering review and DFM analysis. Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be revised if project scope changes.

Your designs, drawings and specifications remain your property. We treat all submitted files as confidential and use them solely to evaluate and fulfill your request. We do not claim ownership of your IP, nor reproduce it for third parties without authorization.

A confirmed order is governed by a separate manufacturing agreement specifying lead time, payment terms, inspection criteria and delivery. Tooling and production are performed in our Dongguan facility under our documented quality system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOLDITQUICK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or from manufacturing engagements beyond the terms of the governing order agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, where necessary, the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong.
