Quote & DFM

Upload a 3D file and get a quotation plus free DFM review. We flag draft angles, wall thickness, gate locations and material fit before any tooling spend.

Mold design & build

In-house tooling engineers cut steel for your part — two-plate, three-plate, hot runner, insert or family molds — with wire EDM (9+4 machines) and precision CNC on site.

Trial shots (T1)

T1 samples are molded on our Sodick presses (18+3 machines), measured against your drawing and returned for approval with the trial report.

Mass production

Production runs are fully parameter-monitored; our IATF16949 / ISO13485 / ISO9001 system keeps every shot within the agreed process window.

Quality inspection

CMM and gauge inspection per DIN-7168-m / ISO 2768-m tolerances, with appearance checks for flash, weld lines, sink marks and surface finish.

Packaging & delivery

Parts are packaged to your spec and shipped globally; low-volume runs leave in 7–12 days, production orders in 25–30 days.

A: There is no hard MOQ — unit price drops once volume exceeds roughly 500 pieces, and low-volume runs (7–12 days) cover pilot batches from 100 parts.

Q: Can you sign an NDA before quoting?

A: Yes — an NDA can be signed before the quotation if your design is confidential.

Q: Who owns the mold after the program?

A: You do — the mold is built to your program and stored for free; we also maintain it when we run your production.

Q: How are engineering changes handled?

A: T1 trial samples are your approval gate; changes after T1 are quoted transparently, with mold modification only where the drawing demands it.

Q: What tolerance can you guarantee?

A: Standard molding to ±0.1 mm, precision to ±0.05 mm, verified by first article and CMM reports per DIN-7168-m.

Q: Can you mold with resin I specify?

A: Yes — consigned resin and customer-specified suppliers are supported with documented proof of purchase and inspection.

Q: Do you match custom colors?

A: Pantone / RAL color matching with ΔE ≤ 1.0, including masterbatch and pre-colored resin options.

Q: How fast can production start?
