Share the 3D file or sample; we return a quote plus free DFM within 24 h, flagging wall thickness, draft and gate risks.
Design & engineering
Mold design is finalized in-house — gating, cooling, shrinkage compensation — and approved with you before steel is ordered.
Tooling build
CNC, wire EDM and polishing teams cut the mold; rapid tooling ships in 7–12 days, production tooling in 25–30 days.
Trial shots & approval
T1 samples are molded on Sodick presses, measured, and sent with a trial report for your sign-off.
Production & QC
Parameter-monitored runs with in-process spot checks and CMM / gauge inspection per the drawing tolerance.
Finishing & delivery
Painting, printing, assembly and packaging as required, then global shipping — with 100% documented traceability.

A: Bottles and containers suit blow molding; very large hollow tanks suit rotational molding. Solid, detailed parts suit injection molding — tell us the geometry and we'll recommend at DFM.
Q: Do you make the molds in-house?
A: Yes — mold design, CNC, wire EDM (9+4), grinding and polishing all happen in our own shop, with CMM verification before trial shots.
Q: What tolerances can you hold?
A: ±0.05 mm precision molding on critical dimensions, ±0.1 mm standard, verified by first-article and in-process CMM inspection.
